David Engwicht is considered to be one of the world's leading experts on breathing new life into dead spaces. His passion is helping LGAs and community cut through the red tape. All his programs are built on a philosophy of "less talk and more action". He first came to prominence when he created the Walking School bus. He has authored several books and is a TEDx presenter. He is an artist, street philosopher, thought-leader and communicator.
