Sophia Andrukhovych is a writer and translator.

Sophia Andrukhovych is a Ukrainian writer and translator. She was born in Ivano-Frankivsk in 1982. She graduated from Lviv National University with a degree in "Ukrainian Philology". Lives in Kyiv. Sofia Andrukhovych has written several books, the most famous of which is "Felix Austria" published in 2014. The novel has been translated into several languages. She was awarded prizes, including "LitAccent" and BBC Ukrainian's Book of the Year. In 2015, she won the Joseph Conrad Literary Prize. In March 2021, she received the Women in Arts Award in literature.
